MR D DRIVER NEGLIGENCE AND *********** SUPPORT!

On Friday, a Mr. D driver collided into the side of my vehicle whilst I was stationary at a robot. He was maneuvering in and out of traffic when there was a red light and no where for him to go! He had the audacity to brush off my questions and drive off, completely ignoring my damages and emotional state! It gets worse as I made contact with Mr. D's support who are the most useless lot of people. They have demanded that I do running around to sort out their driver or they simply can't do anything! Not only have I incurred damages because of THEIR DRIVER'S NEGLIGENCE but now I must incur more costs! I can't believe these are the type of people Mr D is hiring and this is their attitude towards resolving issues which are clearly due to their negligence. I am sure I am not the only one who has experienced this. They need to be brought to task! Absolutely pathetic Mr D!!!!
