MR D driver dishonesty and poor service

I ordered a meal with KFC gaterite verulam today which included 2 buddies of coke.

Upon arrival when I noticed it missing I asked the driver and he said he will bring it in 10 minutes

When I called KFC gaterite they advised that I have to contact MR D and I don't understand why as they are the ones who didn't send the cooldrinks.

I lay a complaint with MR D for hours now and no one has gotten back to me . I think it's unfair that we pay so much of money to receive a package that has missing things..
