Mr D Driver accident, poor service

Mr D driver drove into the rear of my car while busy doing a delivery. His friend/colleague picked up the goods from him while police was on scene to assist opening a case and get all the correct information regarding the accident. The driver also did not have insurance & his number did not exist when I tried calling him (from the information he gave me). I contacted Mr D via email to explain the accident; I’ve sent them the insurance documents and the police case number etc. They told me they’ll come back to me and the last email I received was explaining that the driving management team is busy with the case. I don’t understand how this can take SO long? It has been months now. The accident happened 9 September 2019, my car is still not fixed and I feel this is very unprofessional from Mr D’s side. I have supported them in the past, but this way of doing business is not fine.
