Mr D disgusting service

On the 28th of August I ordered chicken from Nandos via Mr D and I requested extra sauce. Instead I received a chicken without extra sauce and the receipt was wrong it said without sauce. This is not the first time and the chicken was dry. I wrote a complaint the same day to Mr D and to date I did not get any response. The order number is DFD***3. Not even a response! This is disgusting
