Mr D Disgraceful Service

I recently placed an order with Quickmeals Chatsworth via the Mr D app however when I recieved my food ut was totally the wrong order. Besides it being the wring order it the meat was totally raw and red. Pasta was totally raw and clumped together no sauce or liquid was in at all. Meal was totally unedible. I complaint on the app to Mr D, I wrote them an email and telephoned them to sort it out. I have also contacted the restaurant manager via various social platforms however they have not shown no interest in resolving this matter. My total order value was R312 and after numerous emails back and forth they had the oddasity to give me a credit of R92 only. I have informed them that thus amount is incorrect and had the food atleast been edible I would not even bother to complain but it was not. They had sent an email to say they would call to discuss but nothing has transpired since. Its already been a week.
