MR D DELIVERY MOTORCYCLES DRIVEING ON PAYMENTS!!!

Good day, so my complaint is about mr d delivery motorcycles, so in the westrand area, from princess crossing to witpoortjie, krugersdorp. So i do walk in the morning to and from work. I walk from main reef road, so i get to corlett avenue, their is a bridge so i have to walk on the sidewalk on the bridge to get to work or gome, so i encounter on the narrow pavement on the bridge, and most times a MR D DELIVERY MOTORCYCLE Is right behind me blowing the hooter for me to move.so corlett Avenue is a busy road, the pavement is so narrow that if i move 30 to 60 cm to the left, im im on the road. So this mr d delivery motorcycle makes me move putting my life in danger, so on the pavement i can't move to the right, its a steep cliff where metrorail trains passes, this happens frequently. I did send mr d delivery many emails, they only rep**** like 2 times, telling me i must take a pic of the motorcycle, so its also a dangerous area alot of bushes and trees, so i can't just take my phone out and snap pics, so i did also send them number plates but its like mr d delivery just ignoring me flat out. So if their is a new law saying motorcycles may ride on the pavement, where alot of people walk, can drive their then im sorry but as far as i know their is no such law, motorcycles and cars must drive on the road, i don't know if the motorcycles think its a short cut, but for people to move on the narrow pavement just for mr d delivery motorcycles must stop. So just communicate whit your drivers in the area so that the stop thinking they have the right of way on pavements. Thank you
