Mr D Customer service is appalling

Very disappointed in thei services, their customer care system is deteriorating. On more than one occassion, I write a note to the restuarant in capital in case they miss and say no cheese or diary products and they without fail always include it. Meals gone too waste and when you reach out to their customer care, no one bothers to respond on email - your service has really become tasteless.
