Mr. D courier poor service no delivery and no efford from there side

Mr D courier had to deliver my FNB credit card. They phoned me once on the 20th of November. I missed the call and got an request to phone them. I ended numeres a few calls when holding for service for more than 10 minutes every time. I got hold of them on the 23rd. They confirmed delivery to be between 1:30 and 3:30 pm on the 27th. The confirmation was send the 23rd, 26 and 27th. But they did not deliver. I had to phone again the 28th. Which was said they wil call me back after getting feedback. But did not phone. I got a mesage that they could not deliver and will deliver betwee 1.30 and 3.30 the 28 th. And again no delivery
