Mr D courier is PATHETIC

I received an sms on 28/09/2017 that my card was with Mr D couriers. On Thursday midday I started calling Mr D's pathetic call centre ( ********** 500). I got to hold for more than 20 minutes. I kept trying them without any success. I then called FNB and they said they will follow-up. I missed one call from them at 16h29 and I called back at 16h53, no success. The following day I started calling again but had no success. Today is Monday 02 October 2017 and they have NOT even attempted calling. FNB should ditch this company, it is the most useless courier company in SA.
