Mr D breakdown

Today on the Road a mister delivery vehicle, (Toyota Yaris) number plate DN27CM GP, was broken down on the side of the road, with no hazards on, upon hooting, to see why the driver was not moving, he started shouting and complaining and saying really rude and inappropriate things, I understand that it’s not his fault that the car broke down, but the fact that his hazards were not on and how rude he was is not acceptable
