Mr D Benoni Excellent customer service

I placed an order online for food to be delivered. Unfortunately my location address was picked up slightly incorrect and due to the street it picked up being the same name as the area I live in I also unfortunately failed to correct this. The driver could not find me and then had a unexpected car problem. He was around the corner from me and I went to him and picked up the food. The manager from Mr. D called me and said I would get a full refund amd later on a driver was sent out to refund me and for some reason I actually got refunded a bit more than I had paid. I said to them that it was not the driver's fault and that a refund was not necessary but was told that the due to the delivery taking longer than expected and the food being potentially cold, that was how it worked i.e. customers get full refunds for their orders. I felt a bit uneasy taking the refund since I did get the food and it really was not the driver's fault and I sincerely hope that the driver did not get into any trouble. However, I want to commend Mr. D Benoni for going beyond the call of customer service and hope to place many more orders with them.
