MR D BAD SERVICE

I am very unhappy with the service I have received I logged in on the app to order food they deducted the money out of my account and the app timed out after approximately 30min of holding someone answered the call and just say there is nothing he can do to refund the money, this is absolutely poor and bad service, he did not even try and had a ****ty attitude.

Im still short of my money, because they can't do anything
