Mr D at it again

Second time I order for. MR D , I.paid almost R400 for a, meal!!! Didn't receive 3 of the items I ordered ! From Burger King , and was told by the driver they didn't have the milkshakes, nothing about the onions rings , was asked for a number for them to.call ,still waiting for a call , then I received and email saying they tried to contact me but couldn't and they won't reimburse me because they did try to contact me , this is really disheartening there Is no.value of the customers !!!!
