MR D are ******* !!!!!! Give my money bac****!!!!!!

I placed an order on Mr D app and everything went fine they took my money R269.00 then all of a sudden there is an error and the order wasn't placed. I called in and they said the money will be refunded in 24- 48 hours all in all after speaking to 10 diffrent people sending my bank statement twice , numerous emails and phonecalls its now been 13 days and I still have not gotten my money back. This place is ******* and the most pathetic customer service ive ever received.

I just want my ****ing money back ??????? I have tried ****ing EVERYTHING and i still haven't received the money??????!!!

How can they be allowed to do this to people ???

Mr D food are a bunch of ******* and if an error happens on their app dont expect them to solve it for you .. 13 days.. and im supposed to be calm and patient????

This place is ****ing pathetic and so are all the staff memebers.
