MR D ARE *****S

I choose to have my money refunded to me on 4/02 rather than have it sit in my wallet. I have allowed their time of 5 business day's when I informed them I did not receive the refund I was told to wait another 2 days. I am being told that I should keep waiting and every another excuse under the sun to receive my funds. MR D cannot provide any proof that they in fact did refund me other than an email. I can only imagine the amount of money that MR D *****s on a daily basis from many of the people who use this service and pay for it on a daily basis. I have not received any proof from MR D and the only excuse is that I need to wait more days. WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH HOLDING OUR REFUNDS MR D. YOU DID NOT PROVIDE A SERVICE AND THEREFORE YOU CANNOT KEEP THE FUNDS. YOU ARE PENALIZING YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE A SERVICE.
