Mr D are making themselves look like *******!!

I requested a refund for a failed order and still did not receive it. I was told it was done but its been over a week and I still did not receive the payout. I sent numerous emails but not getting a response. This seems like theft and ***** to me, very disappointed because I held Mr D at high regard. I even sent screenshots of my bank statement to show I did not receive the payment but nobody bothered to reply. I want my money now!!
