MR D are ******* and pathetic customer service

I ordered KFC from Mr D today. Their system had a glitch and duplicated my order. They debited my bank account twice. Delivered my food to my **** and when I queried the duplication I was told that they cannot refund me because I accepted the order. Yesterday I ordered McDonalds and my food was delivered wet. I logged a complaint and never got feedback to date. This is the pathetic ******* that we have to deal with. Easy to inflate prices on the app and charge for delivery and cannot assist when there is a problem. I am never using Mr D again. Shocking customer service and worst company to deal with. Be extremely careful when ordering.
