Mr D app, the worst delivery app ever, unreliable and poor customer service

I ordered food, added delivery instructions and messaged the driver with directions even thou the place is easy to find but I did not receive my food and money was deducted from my bank account for order.App said Food delivered so I called the app who said that the money will be refunded but not into my bank account rather into a wallet on the Mr D app to place another order .

This is a total inconvience and you are then forced to purchase from an unreliable app since you are not refunded your money rather you are credited in the app to place another order.

Disgusted and I suggest rather use other delivery apps instead of an unreliable one like this.
