Mr D and their drivers attitude plus roaming around while he had my food

hi the driver fetched the food long ago. he should off been here ages ago or just reaching.... but it shows me he is playing around by the 2 total garages for some reason from food pick up till now he is wasting time. He spent about 10min before he left hayfields. He should be fired, he should of fetched his passenger n then went for the food. Plus the food was basically cold. It's Not the operators fault in the call center. It's the driver's terrible attitude

Very respectful and polite and he attended to the issue promptly. Although the comp he gave was going only 15 Rand I wasn't worried bout that but it could of been more, I want some sort of action taken against the driver please. His attitude is absolutely terrible

I do hope though that the drive in question is either spoken to it given a warning or something. He didn't know I was tracking him. He told me oh, you can't track me. Think he was picking someone up as there was a passenger. On top of that he said he can do things in his own time,that is very unprofessional
