MR D and P&P - SHOCKING

*******: I ordered pizza on MR D app and after checking out, I get a voucher “HEY100” which basically states “spend a minimum of R200 on P&P and get R100 off “. It also states the code is valid for a day. So I immediately purchase via the app and the code is not even requested.

So we reach out to them via the WA line and they say ……”We apologise for the disappointment caused unfortunately certain promo codes have a usage limit therefore the limit has been reached if you saw that error message. We will look into the matter at hand.”

So why even publish the code if it’s reached its limit MR D?

It’s just so poor. False advertising. Can’t believe P&P would join forces with MR D. It’s just crazy.

P&P team - do yourselves a favour - move away from MR D. It’s doing more and more damage to your brand.
