Mr D and Nedbank

On 16 February Mr.D.had a Glitch.Processed 3 payments of R649.79.However money moved from my bank but Mr D app stated declined.I e mailed Mr D.Was told to contact my bank.My bank states its a MR.D.error and they must rectify it.In the meantime i am out of pocket R1900.
