Mr D and KFC FAILURE IN SERVICE

After spending R300 on food that is ice cold and old, I get a R15 coupon for delivery. Please tell me the logic or Math behind it. It's is ridiculous as a have a family of 5 that had to eat and guess what, what a waste it was to trust KFC Sophiatown, and Mr D for getting my food hot and fresh to me. Seems like many people have to be dished this nonsense and then accept it.
