Mr D and Kauai - Shocking service non-existent problem resolution

I placed an order from Kauai on the Mr D app on my phone. I have three children and we were supposed to go into load shedding, so I placed it in good time. The food arrived and it resembled my order, but there were some items missing and the incorrect number of other items. I told the driver it was the incorrect order, but he refused to take it away and showed me how to complain on the App. I did so. I tried very hard to explain to mu non-verbal autistic child that although the food had arrived he couldn't; eat it because it was not our food. That was Thursday, No food was collected and my order was never received. It shows that my order was never delivered on the App, I have complained three times to Mr D to no avail. There is no number to call so its on the App or trying to complain through their website. The meal that was meant to arrive before load shedding has still not arrived and 4 days later I am left still with someone else\s order that was incorrectly delivered to me. (I did end up allowing my autistic child to eat one wrap as there was nothing else in the house and it was load shedding in my area) Very disappointed Mr D and Kauai. I paid in good faith for a meal I never received.
