Mr. D Always have missing items!!

Sadly i have to give them a 1 star, i would rather give them a zero star if that was possible.

With every order i place, i have an issue. There is always missing items.

Today i am told that they only credit you for the missing items to re-order them, they do not have to credit you for the delivery fee, because apparently you need to read the t's & c's that if you don't receive whatever you ordered, it will cost you extra delivery cost which is automatically added to the cart for delivery for their fault of not delivering everything you ordered. Absolutely ridiculous.

So, if you get what you ordered you are lucky, if you don't, then sorry, re-order again. What a joke!! Im done with Mr. D.
