Mr D allowed cloned number plate ***** — refuses to help

I received a traffic fine with photographic evidence of a Mr D driver using a cloned version of my old car’s number plate. The vehicle in the image is not mine, yet I am facing legal consequences.

I will be opening a case with SAPS and contacted Mr D with all documentation. Instead of investigating or cooperating, they refused to help or even acknowledge the issue.

Their onboarding system clearly failed to verify the vehicle/number plate, and now I must carry the legal and administrative burden for their negligence.

I am pursuing legal action and escalating this through every available platform.
