MR D ACCOUNT HACKED

Yesterday someone got into my Mr D account, ordered alcohol (that I dont even like), the money for the 2 bottles was deducted from my bank account, and delivered to my home address.

When I opened my phone, I was about to order food for me and my elderly Mom, I saw the notification that my alcohol order was on its way.

Me thinking that this must be some kind of glutch, lo and behold the delivery guy stop at my gate with the 2 bottles of brandy.

After I explained to him that I never ordered the alcohol, he called his manager, who explained to what he has to do now. The manager then told me that I will be refunded within 20-30 minutes.

I sent an email yester afternoon to MR D regarding this matter because this morning I still did not receive the refund.

After 2 calls to Vustomer Care, Mr D refunded me to My MR D Wallet, after I vlearly stated that I want the money back in my bank account. I wasthen informed that the money will take time to relfect in my bank account, after explaine twice that I had to pay that money over by 12pm today for a fishing competition entry fee.

The manager yesterday did not explain that I would be credited to My MR D Wallet, so I was misinformed. Today I was promised a call back from the 1st agent, it never came.

I am dissatisfied and livid that my personal and private details on your App Mr D was taken advantage of and now I have to struggle to get things rectified.

You for sure have lost a customer and I will tell everyone and their friend of this bad experience and how badly it was handled
