i can not understand how Mr D employees are trained or how this business is still up and running.

i have now had issues with TWO of my past orders, either it is the wrong order or there are items/meals missing, when you do log a complaint no one gets back to you and when they do they look for the lamest excuse and that is it, no compensation no nothing, the drivers need to check the food before hand, what is the point in ordering delivery to make things easier but you have more trouble with your order and the delivery partner than anything else.

I am not sure how they train these employees or how they think a business works but this is not how it should be done.
