Mr BS Delivery!

Unfortunately, Mr D has seriously dropped the ball this time. We ordered food from Mc Donald's Boskruin and the order was missing a happy meal and toy. Only tje drink was delivered. I rated the food on Mr D, with no reply, except for the automatic response thanking me for the rating and no further communication. Please understand, as much as I wasted my money, this is not about the money. It's about the principle of delivering the service you promised and ensuring all items bought are received; not meeting expectations and leaving the customer hanging. This is unacceptable. Don't come with all this marketing and promises and then you can't live up to it and fail to deliver.

Imagine now having kids share their 4 piece nugget happy meals because it's not as though the issue is rectified immediately or at all and this is the last incident for me, I have officially deleted my app and started using UberEats, hope that is better.
