Mr "Bad" Delivery

Placed an order last night. The app showed that the meal was delivered but it wasn't. We tried calling the Mr D help number but no answer. Call Fish Aways and they said I must call Mr D. I then sent a text message and they responded that they are investigating. No further response today. The service from Mr D is terrible. Not being able to get assistance from them from service failure is even worse. Very disappointing. They deserve the low trust rating they currently have.
