MOST USELESS COMPANY THERE IS.

I wish I could give them a -10 000 as this is the most useless company there is. I ordered my food at 18:00 only to receive an sms at 19:45 that my order could not be completed. I called the restaurant where my order was placed and I was told that my order (DFD***) is ready and that they are only waiting for the driver. I called the call center of MrD to ask what's going on and they told me that the restaurant could not complete the order. I told them what the restaurant told me then the agent told me to go and pick it up..... so rude .. why then use your service if I still need to collect my order.
