Most pathetic service ever!!!!

Mr D Food is the worst delivery service ever. I placed my order, paid for it and never received it. The driver never even phoned me.

I called the Call Centre and agent Muhammed Amoo told me that he will credit my account, which never happened. When I contacted the call centre again to advise them of this, the agent Onelisa said the previous agent told me that they can't refund me. Which is lies and BS cause he never told me.

I said I'm willing to pay delivery fee for my order to be delivered again. Agent Onelisa has a bad attitude, she refuses me a manager and give her surname. She opened the wrong information and confirmed an incorrect address in a different province, when I gave my order number DFD***5.

Now I need to understand why you would charge my card for food I never received. The worst ever. I will tell all my friends and colleagues about my experience. Never ordering from you guys again!!!!

Just return my money or deliver my order!!!!!
