MONEY TAKEN TWICE WITHOUT ORDER BEING PLACED

If I could rate -0 stars I would! Absolutely pathetic customer service. It seems not only my money was taken but alot of other peoples money asswell specifically on this date. On 16 February 2026 I tried to place an order but it declined, Yet the payment went of TWICE from my bank account. To date I have not received my money back after many back and forth emails. I was told first the money is in a pending hold state and it will be reversed in 24 hours. Today I received an email to say they are giving me a R35 voucher to say sorry and I should sort it out with my bank. They are Definitely not trustworthy to use!
