Money taken off 2s

On the 25th I placed an order of 102 Rands. The app went faulty and took the money but never placed the order. Then I tried again placing an order and the amount got taken and the order went through on the 28th the amount went off again. Getting hold of the support team is a waste of time. I want my refund or I am putting this up as *****
