Money reversals are a lie

<p>I ordered food on their online app and the restaurant didn't pick up but they had deducted the money from my account already. So no food was ordered and I was told money will be reversed within 7 days, this happened on the 13th of February and it is now the 23rd and nothing still. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. Mr Delivery foods is not reversing our money and we want it back! R319 rands. </p>
