Money deducted from my bank account yet no food order made on app!

Mr Delivery have deducted the last of my money for an order that the app did not record! This is unacceptable considering that I’m starving and now out of cash. I’m extremely dissapointed and want my money back immediately but can’t speak to anyone and can only log an online call! I’m really ****ed off not to mention starving
