Money deducted but no order delivered

This morning I ordered food from Hungry lion on the Mr D app. My order was placed at 11:25 this morning and expected time for delivery was 13:50. I have called the 086 and 087 contact and WhatsApp numbers with no assistance. I even logged a complaint on the app but no feedback was was given. I have an order number and a deduction record on my account but when I reach the store I ordered from they say they can’t find the order. I’m really am not impressed with the service level of this delivery service. I have emailed and send me from pillar to post with no resolution to this matter. My contact details are ***
