Money Debited off my account 3 times

On the 2nd of May Mr D food opens up for delivery. They unprofessional pathetic asses thought ahh well lets let people order and not reverse payments for restaurant rejected order nor for orders that did not process. Instead they took out money 3 times out of my bank account. They also made it a point that we cannot get a hold of them during these system failures. Mr D took advantage of Covid 19 outbreak. They cheated me and made sure they cut down communication with people they have cheated. For future reference use Uber Eats at-least they have servers that can withstand the amount of traffic they get on occasions. They pay back trust me.
