Mochachos and Mr D food **** Service

I bought food on the Mr D app from Mochachos on the 29th Of June my order was completely wrong and the chicken was undercooked the pieces was still bleeding…I have logged numerous queries on the Mr D app but I haven’t received any communication regarding my complaint…I always buy food on Mr D food and I have never struggled like this to get help I want a refund as I ordered Mild chicken and received extra Hot I could not even eat the chicken.. I always buy Mild chicken from Mochachos and the one I received was definitely not mild I am Highly Disappointed !!!!

I will NEVER order from Mochachos ever again !!!!
