Missing order with no return of my money

I ordered a regular chips amongst other things from McDonald's - chips was not included in the order. Called Mr D & McDonald's - said they couldn't help me, I had to lodge a complaint on the app.

Really pathetic as they have taken my money and not given me my order, nor was I reimbursed for the missing order!
