Missing Items in order - pathetic service

I have placed 6 complaints in the past 2 momths regarding failed orders. Missing items all we get is automated responses with R15 vouchers

I dont want a voucher,i want what i ordered. They dont care about customer service as long as more orders are placed.

Every response is exactly the same automated appology. This has got to end,treat us with respect
