Missing Items from Order – Poor Resolution Provided

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an order I placed on Monday, 30 March, from KFC Dunkeld West. I ordered the Family Fiesta meal; however, upon delivery, I discovered that certain items were missing.

Specifically, the order did not include the Zinger Wings or the regular chips that were meant to be part of the meal. This was extremely disappointing and inconvenient.

I reported the issue to Mr Delivery, and while I appreciate the response, I was only provided with a R35 voucher as compensation. Unfortunately, this amount does not adequately cover the value of the missing items and falls significantly short of what would be considered fair.

This is not the first time I have experienced missing items with my orders, which adds to my frustration. As a customer, I expect a higher level of accuracy and service.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed more appropriately, and I urge you to take the necessary steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
