Missing Items

Received my order but there was items missing. I logged a query with their support and they emailed me back with a R15 voucher to use on my next order. So they expect me to now place a new order with them for their mistake but they only issue me with a R15 voucher which won't even cover their deliver cost on the order that I have to place. How crazy is that!
