Missing items and late delivery

I placed an order on 30 December 2019 and my pizza from Panarottis Cornubia Mall arrived without the added red onions which I paid for as well as being extremely cold. Delivery was also late. I raised a query via the Mr D app and to date have not received a response (I sent pics as requested by the call centre agent via the app). This is the first issue I have have had Mr D after utilising the service for a good few years. Very disappointed.
