Missing Items

Once again incomplete order. missing fries. no mayo. Chocolate milkshake is a Vanilla. NOT what I ordered. the 2x burgers were cold. everytime I order there is something missing. I get the refund for missing item but what about the delivery fee and tip I have to pay each time. What about the inconvenience??? My 4 year old has no fries to eat and a milkshake she doesn't like or want. Not happy about the service or the way Mr. D deals with complaints.
