MiseR DELIVERY does it again

Gave ****py service, got the order wrong, promised to get back to me to confirm a replacement meal, did not get back to me.When I called, they reneged on the deal and said all they can offer is...wait for it...a R50 voucher, all the while trivialising my complaint and refusing to give proper answers, ducking and diving all the time.

Ordered Mochachos.Food took an hour to arrive, after phoning twice to follow up on the order, with consultants who pretended to be stone deaf I may add, although I kept my patience throughout my constant repetitions. When the food eventually arrived,it was stone cold, but not being one to complain,we let it slide without a fuss and allowed the driver to leave peacefully. Once we had settled down to eat our meal, we noticed that all three of our burgers had no cheese. Lets face it,you pay ridiculous prices for a slice of cheese, but more than that, after all the hassle experienced in just placing the order, imagine our disappointment when we realised they could not even get the order right. This is not the first time they have messed up an order, even from other restaurants like Spur and Nandos.Having kept quiet all the countless times of getting incorrect orders, extremely late deliveries, cold food and bad customer service,I decided to speak out this time. I called them and after numerous calls to and fro,two of their staff agreed they would send through a replacement of our meal in order to redeem themselves. We agreed it would arrive too late if I accepted it the same night(after 9H30 pm) so we postponed ot for the next day, with the staff member agreeing to call me back to confirm. No call came through, when I called I was put on hold which I agreed to,all the while speaking respectfully and practicing patience, only to find out that they reneged on the deal they made. They said all they could do was offer a R50 coupon for the trouble they put me through(same trouble I had experienced a number of times but failed to mention). I humbly declined their offer, and while I would have been within my rights to scream and shout at Kelly for not being able to explain why I was promised something that was not given to me or why she was being subtley condescending and judgemental about "cheese slices" and trivialising my bad experience,I peacefully ended the call. Clearly integrity is not an integral part of Mr Delivery's customer service, which is why they all missed the point of the complaint and why it was completely lost on Kelly. I know this complaint will fall on deaf ears (both metaphorically as well as physically,if my last few calls are anything to go by).Clearly integrity is not an integral part of Mr Delivery's customer service, which is why they all missed the point of the complaint and why it was completely lost on Kelly. Thank you for overpromising and underDELIVERing and showing me that my loyalty over the years counts for absolutely nothing. You have taught me a lesson I won't soon forget, many thanks for that.
