If I could give -100 stars I would but I unfortunately can't! You can thank Jada Wagner in your Support team for this rating. In the times we are living in maybe try hiring staff that have more empathy than this or might as well then hire AI to manage your support services Mr. D. We are all going through trying times especially since Covid, people are in situations now that they have not been before with job losses and pay cuts so when someone reaches out maybe try a little harder than a standard one line response and in losing me as a customer you have also lost the business of my family and friends.
