****mers.. Worst service ever

Placed an order at 19:09. Was advised delivery would be between 20:30-20:45. We were unable to track an order and eventually called Mr delivery call center. Held on 20 minutes or more. After calling the restaurant we ordered from we were advised mr delivery never picked up our order.... 2 and a half hours later.. We had to collect our own food. It is now 22:34. Still no communication or even a message to advise on what time we will be getting our delivery. And guess what.. We have paid for our food and the delivery... I think it is absolutely absurd. Worst service received and I demand to be compensated for the inconvenience. I am taking this to the biggest social media platforms...
