****mers they refuse to refund back my money

Worst they make false advertising and when you query they don't respond .They advertise lucky star noodles for R5.99 for 5 pack when you order they delivered individual noodles, I laid a complaint they never attended to me I ended up taking back the order to pick n pay to get my full refund it's now a week they still refusing to refund me back .I'm sick and tired of running after them .they are ****** ****mers
