Meal payed for and never delivered and no refund.

I placed a order with Mr Delivery on the 30 May 2020 and payed, with only to have my order failed. I called several times with all the agents explaining that they need to talk to managment and they will get back to me. I have emailed numerous times with no response to date. What type of company does that and then just takes your money? That is *********.
