Mc Delivery order

I am extremely angry with their delivery service. My estimated time of delivery was 16:10, it is 16:52 and I still haven't received my order. I received a call from Cemair advising that the driver went to their company instead of ours. How does a delivery driver confuse my delivery address with another company. When I called the call centre they told me that the store advised them that my order is on its way. I think that this is bad service from such a big company!
